Insane Mountain Dew Pinball Skate Park

MOUNTAIN DEW SKATE PINBALL from Jae Morrison on Vimeo.

Probably the coolest skate park i have ever seen, great way to launch a couple of new flavours for the new Mountain Dew range.

Mountain Dew have been putting their stamp on the extreme sport arena world wide over the last few years. The Dew tour in particular in the States is now seen as one of the most prestigious Snowboard events of the calender and it now looks like their trying to make in roads down under.

Case Study video to follow.

Parklife Artisit Profile - Example

Next in our Parklife artist profile is Example aka Elliot Gleave whose name arose due to his initials being e.g.

He began rapping at an early age and at age 12, he entered his first rap battle at a house party and in his own words "completely destroyed a useless wanker and a fight broke out so [he] sprinted home".

It was at uni that Elliot really began crafting his trade in the aim to make some extra dosh on the side. It was here that he met Joseph Gardner, AKA Rusher, the producer who he would later go on to work with. After uni and back in London Example began catching the attention of a few well connected people, most notably Mike Skinner (of The Streets), owner of The Beats label. He was signed and this was the label that Example burst onto the scene with when they released his Lilly Allen 'Smile' spoof called "Vile". Check it out below.

Example has now gone on to perform with many of the latest and greatest in the hip hop and electronic scene such as Chase and Status, Skream, Wretch 32 and Don Diablo. He is absolutely killing it in the UK at the moment posting numerous number 1 chart topping tunes and is sure to rock Parklife 2011. Oh yeah and he has also tried his hand at stand up comedy which you can watch below.

Check out some more tasters of this dude below.

Parklife Artist Profile - Feed Me

In the lead up to Parklife, i thought i would profile some of the acts to try and encourage more people, and more from across the ditch to come to Sydney and get involved.

Feed Me is a relatively new name to the electro scene however the man behind the name Jon Gooch is by no way a new-comer. Jon is best known for his other stage name Spor who has belted out banging drum n bass tunes for the last decade.

Feed Me is part of the new contingent of Mau5trap artists tearing the scene up at the moment, along with the likes of Skrillex. If you like the sound of him check out his Feed Me's Big Adventure release from Christmas last year.
